Our questions to the  teams of Malaysia and Taiwan :     

1. Is water important for life?
2. Which of the inhabitants of the ocean breathes with one nostril?
3. What properties does water have? 4. What kind of animals can you see underwater? 5. When is World Water Day? 6. How to use water efficiently, since it is a depleting resource? 7. Is there enough water in the world? 8. How did you help clean up water resources? 9. What animals live underwater in your area? Tell about them and show them. 10. What needs to be done to improve the situation with the ecology of the seas?

1. What animals live in the waters of your country?

Mussels, dolphins, jellyfish , crabs , crayfish live under water in Ukraine .

2. What marine animals are endangered?

71 species of fish are listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, as well as bottlenose dolphins, common dolphins.

3. How does global warming affect marine species?

Global warming affects marine life the most.

4. How does marine debris affect underwater life?

The main sources of marine litter are fishing vessels, coastal communities and aquaculture. A lot of garbage comes from various vehicles and warships, and also remains after military exercises.


5. What are the underwater species in your country?

Such fish carp are threatened extinctionin Ukraine, Lake Minnow , Danube gudgeon .

6. Is the marinelitter dangerous for underwater animals? Why? Marine debris gets into the stomachs of fish, turtles, dolphins and they die.


7. In youropinion, what steps need to be taken to stop marine litter in your country? To protect the oceans from pollution,  you need to eliminate plastic, keep beaches clean, and reduce fish consumption.

8. Do young people think they can fix the situation? What we can do? For example, give up buying plastic bottles?

9. What would you like to create or design to save aquatic life? First of all, you need to stop using primary plastic and use recycled plastic instead.

10. What do you learn in school about marine life rescue? Pollution of the World Ocean is a global, multi-level and fundamental problem, no one can cope with it alone, but 7.5 billion people live on Earth, and if each of us is aware of our responsibility, he will not remain indifferent and will make his small contribution to conservation cleanliness of the ocean, then we can prevent a great catastrophe. Let's be friends with the Ocean together!

1 What is your favorite sea animals ?

My favorite marine animals are dolphins.

They are verysmart, you can watch them for hours.

2.What is your endangered animals in Ukraine?

All sturgeons, sterlet, stellate sturgeon,

shemaya,madder, burbot, golden crucian carp,

salmon, grayling and many more river andsea

fish species (about 70 species) were protected

by the Red Book.

3. Can you find a Ukraine song about Sea animals?

4. How do your  government deal with the sea pollution?

The Black Sea in Ukraine is very polluted.

Action: Wastewater treatment, installation of plastic

containers, treatment facilities.

5. What actions will you students take to protect yourislands?

Going to the beach or a boat trip, behave

responsiblyand do not leave garbage on the shore,

on the contrary, you can combine yourvacation with

a small clean-up day.

6. How to face the climate change? Tell us about yourplan.

1) Dispose of waste, userecyclable materials, even water

7. What do you usually do whenyou need to drink water at school?

We always carry water bottles with us.

8. What is your school policy about de-plastic?

We collect waste separately and hand over the

plasticto a recycling plan

9. How to face the problem about

Coral reef bleaching? Do you know more about Taiwan news about Algae referendumactivity now?

The color of a coral depends on the color of the algaethat

lives in it. Their lives are interconnected. Algae feeds on

the metabolicwaste of polyps, and corals absorb the oxygen

that algae secretes, and ourecology is to blame for all the changes.

 10. Please introduce your famousSea Museum in Ukraine?

The National Science and Natural History Museum of the

National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Museum 24 occupied 8 thousand squaremeters. Meter.
