| The Annual Meeting 2009 The first Annual Meeting took place in February and March. The meeting was run in a Listerv email list and Kidcom. The Annual Meeting minutes have been shared with the members through the member email list. Here are some of the documents we discussed and decided upon. Auditors review 2008 AofA Changes approved Annual Report 2008 Financial Statement 2008 Constituent Meeting 2009 The Deputy Chairman, the treasurer and the committee representatives were elected shortly after the Annual Meeting, the 4th April 2009.
