Relazione sul bilancio al 31 dicembre2008 

 
1.  Ho svolto la revisione contabile del bilancio d'esercizio della KIDLINK ASSOCIATION chiuso al 31/12/2008. La responsabilità della redazione del bilancio compete all’organo amministrativo della KIDLINK ASSOCIATION. E' mia la responsabilità del giudizio espresso sul bilancio e basato sulla revisione contabile.
   
   
2.  L’esame è stato condotto secondo gli statuiti principi per la revisione contabile. In conformità aipredetti principi, la revisione è stata pianificata e svolta al finedi acquisire ogni elemento necessario per verificare con alta ma non assoluta certezza, se il bilancio d'esercizio siaviziato da errori significativi e se risulti, nel suo complesso,attendibile. Il procedimento di revisione comprende l'esame degli elementi probativi a supporto dei saldi e delle informazioni contenuti nel bilancio, nonché la valutazione dell'adeguatezza edella correttezza dei criteri contabili utilizzati. Riteniamo che il lavoro svolto fornisca una ragionevole base per l'espressione del nostro giudizio professionale. 
 
3. A mio giudizio, il sopra menzionato bilancio nel suo complesso, dopo alcune modifiche minori da me consigliate e fatte in data 15-16 gennaio 2009, ora èredatto con chiarezza e rappresenta in modo veritiero e corretto la situazione patrimoniale e finanziaria ed è il risultato economico della KIDLINK ASSOCIATION per l’esercizio chiuso al 31/12/2008, in conformità alle norme che disciplinano il bilancio d’esercizio.
 
4. La contabilità è eseguita per due contibancari, uno per Paypal in USD e uno per un account svedese in SEK.Lo stato patrimoniale evidenzia un risultato d'esercizio positivo diUSD 353.77 (su Paypal) e SEK 2,241.54 (CC svedese). Calcolato sulcambio di 1 $=7.8106 SEK del 31/12 2008, il patrimonio totale é di 5,004.70 SEK.

Auditor's review report to themembers
   about the balance 31 December2008

1.  I have reviewed the accounting sheet, Financial Statement and cash flow documentation of the KIDLINK ASSOCIATION as of December 31, 2008. The Financial Statement is the responsibility of  the administrative body of KIDLINK ASSOCIATION.My responsibility is to issue a report on the Financial Statement based on my review. 
   
 
2.  There view was conducted according to established principles for the audit. Pursuant to these principles, the review was planned and carried out in order to acquire all information necessary to verify with high but not absolute certainty, whether the financial statement is affected by significant errors, and if it appears as a whole,reliable. The review process includes the examination of evidence to support the balances and disclosures in the Financial statement, and evaluate the adequacy and accuracy of accounting policies used. I believe that the work provides a reasonable basis for the expression of my professional opinion. 
   
 
3.  The accounting sheet and Financial Statement, after some minor changes recommended by me and made on January 15-16, 2009, are now clearly written and represent a true and fair view of the financial position of the KIDLINK ASSOCIATION for the year ended December 31,2008.
    
4.  Accounting is done for two bank accounts, one for Paypal in USD and one for an account in Swedish SEK. The balance sheet shows a positive operating result of USD 353.77 (The Paypal Account) and SEK 2241.54 (The Swedish Banc Account). Calculated on the exchange of 1 $ = 7.8106 SEK December 31, 2008, the total assets were SEK 5004.70.

I therefore recommend the KIDLINK ASSOCIATION members to free the KIDLINK ASSOCIATION board from any responsibility for the 2008 accountability.
