Kidlink Association Financial Statement

ANNUAL REPORT 2008

The KIDLINK ASSOCIATION has two banc accounts, one on Paypal with a balance declared in USD and one on a Swedish banc, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) with a balance declared in SEK. As the Association get member dues to both of these accounts and the server is paid with money from the Swedish Account, the KIDLINK ASSOCIATION has therefore chosen to have two separate balance sheets.

Till 31 December 2008, 12 members have contributed with 570 USD and 2213 SEK respectively. During 2008, we have paid 1579.69 SEK for server rent (www.linode.com linode 1080) until 28 February 2009. There has been some account expenses in Paypal and in our Swedish banc account.

The financial situation 31 December 2008 shows a positive balance of USD 353.77 (on our Paypal account) and SEK 2,241.54 (on our Swedish Banc Account). Calculated on the rate exchange of 1 $=7.8106 SEK the 31 December 2008, the total capital of KIDLINK ASSOCIATION is SEK 5,004.70.

BUDGET 2009

The 1 January 2009 starts with a positive budget of 353.77 USD (on our Paypal account) and 2,241.54 SEK (on our Swedish Banc Account) which amounts to  a total of SEK 5004.70 or USD 641 (currency of 31/12 2008).

Our main expense for 2009 is for the web server (www.linode.com linode 1080). At present Linode server is paid by KIDLINK ASSOCIATION until 28 February 2009. As the server costs $59.95 a month, we need $659.45 to pay for the server until 31 January 2010. We need at least one new members paying 30$ to be able to pay for our server until 31 January 2010.

For simplicity the balance is calculated in USD.

Kidlink Association has two accounts: Paypal with dollars (USD) and a Swedish account with Swedish Crone (SEK).
The incomes and expenses in this annual report are all specified in dollars and in SEK.
