Maintaining Your Translation

When the English language source page changes, your translation must be updated. Also, links in your web page must be updated when pages it links to get translated.
We would be very happy if you would deal with such updates. If not, please ask the language area or the activity manager to appoint someone else to do the job, and insert a note about this at the bottom of your translated page.
Hint: To make it easier to maintain webpages that I am responsible for, I have the following directories on my personal hard disk
c:/english/general
c:/icons

By having your web directories on your local PC in the same way, it may be easier to load and check pages offline before posting them to our web.

How to learn about changes?

The free Spyonit.com service will send you an email whenever a certain web page changes. Just connect to the service, sign up, and enter the URLs of the pages you want to track. Their "Instant Spy" feature will check daily to see if the page has changed.

If you don't mind paying around $20 per year, check MyMindit. After having received a notification, you may go online to see all changes Highlighted. Highlighting displays the changes found on a web page by placing a color highlight over the changed content.
