Links to Untranslated Pages

Some links on a page may point to pages that have not been translated yet. We want your translation to "tell" whenever this is the case. Hopefully, this may help us find more help for translations.
For obious reasons, we are unable to show how to "tell" this in the source document, so here is what we recommend you to do:
  1. Mark links to untranslated pages with a .
    See example at a Norwegian language page
  2. Make the a link to somewhere in the footer (bottom) of your page where you tell what it means, and ask for help. Call the anchor "bottom". (You may also let link to a separate page containing this information so that you'll have more space for your request for help.)
    Example from a Norwegian page:
    • Link text: "Kidlinks kulturelle utfordring "
    • Html code used:
      (<A HREF="#bottom"><IMG SRC="/icons/f0-uk.gif" WIDTH="21" HEIGHT="14"></A>)
    • Text used at the bottom of the page: ". Klikk her om du vil oversette siden for oss."
      (In English: "=English. Click here if you want to translate the page for us.")
    • Html code inserted by "=English.":
      <A NAME="bottom"><!-- --></A>
  3. On Portal pages, you may also add an "=engelsk" under the selection box at the bottom of the page.
