Storing the newsletter

[1] EDTEAM produces the newsletter in special diary directories under /history/year/.

Example: the Diary's for 2001 are stored at /history/2001/diary/ . The Managing Editor is the owner of this directory (have rights to store files there). Next year, the newsletters are stored at /history/2002/diary/, etc.

[2] When completed, the Managing Editor asks the Executive Editor to add a link to the Diary issue from the /history/2001/index.html page, and /english/general/news.html.

  • A Kidlink Diary home page, to be maintained by the Managing Editor or whoever he designate. Links to this page from all portals.
    At /history/diary/.
  • All forthcoming issues of the diary to be announced at http://www.kidlink.org/english/general/news.html
