Kidlink depends on volunteers
who share our vision and want to support the promotion of quality interpersonal
networking for children and youth around the world.
If your child reads
another language better than English, then you can help by translating
information your want your child to read. By letting us post your translation
on our web, it will also benefit other kids and youth:
-
Start at the home page for kids and
youth in this language.
-
Follow links to information that you feel might be most interesting for your
child. Make a note about a page that may not have been translated yet.
-
Translate the page. Visit our
Translators' Home Page
for hints and instructions.
-
Contact the desired language
area's manager, or the Language Translation
Team for instructions about how to send it to us.
At one point, your child has answered the four questions, and plunges
into
Kidlink's offerings. These services depend on volunteers
to help all users with questions for help, and in general to make them useful
for our young users.
Your help can enrich
your child's experience, and may establish another area of common interest
between the two of you. You will know what happens, and may therefore be
able to coach your child better. She may appreciate what you are doing. Your
work may cause interesting discussions between the two of you.
Select an area of interest, and
sign up if there are things that you can do to help.
