Human Resources (Minimal Requirements):
Keep a team of high-level professionals, having the following profile: a technical support professional (Internet knowledge is required), a pedagogical support professional (psycho-pedagogy, pedagogy or full license), a psycho-social professional (psychology, social service, phonetics specialisation or similar). Additionally, one of them would also be incharge of the KHouse management.

Operation (Minimal Requirements):
Work with at least two groups of kids ranging from 8 to 15, who are able to read and write and haven't got access to the Internet, for a period of 2 hours a week per group. Each computer should be shared by two kids, three the most.

Instalations (Minimal Requirements):
Offer a laboratory for the project to use, with at least the minimal required number of computers to accomodate everyone, which should be within the presented pedagogical programme.

Equipment (Minimal Requirements):
Have 486 (or better) networked computers, connected to the Internet, being one of those exclusively destinated for use by the new KHouse's team and one colour ink-jet printer.

Sponsors:
Each and every proposal to be presented to funding organisations using projects, course and seminar, must be submitted to the KHouse Br Project co-ordination for a previous consent and approval of. Any other kind of private sponsorship must be summited to the KHouse Br Project co-ordination for a previous consent and approval of.

The new KHouse's duties:
The new KHouse's team takes the responsibility of presenting reports every three months which will be evaluated by the KHouse Br Project co-ordination. Each and every change and/or addition of material, as well as courses, presentations, seminars and meetings, or others which will be ministrated in name of the Kidlink Project in Brazil, must be previously submitted for approval by the national project co-ordination. After the approval, this piece of material will in the KHouse archive.
