Editorial Policy

Journal Content

Contributions for all journals issues may include research papers, case studies, tutorials, courseware and learningware experiences, evaluations, review papers, and viewpoints.

General Guidelines

Material must be original, scientifically accurate, and in good form editorially. The manuscript should be in English and should be informative, summarizing the basic facts and conclusions, and maintaining a coherence and unity of thought. Tutorial or how-to-do-it articles should preferably include a section on evaluation. Controversial topics should be treated in a factually sound and reasonably unbiased manner.
The format of headings, tables, figures, citations, references, and other details should follow the American Psychological Asssociation - APA Style Guide at http://osunlabs.newark.ohio-state.edu/writing-lab/apa.htm. At present, preferred formats for submission are HTML, MS Word or plain ASCII text. Zipped archives containing all files are especially preferred.

Preview

Manuscripts sent to the Editor for review are accepted on a voluntary basis from authors. Before submitting an article, please review the following suggestions. Original manuscripts received in correct form serve to expedite the processing and prompt reviewing for early publication. Spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and the mechanical elements of arrangements, spacing, length, and consistency of usage in form and descriptions should be studied before submission.

Pre-publication

No manuscript will be considered which has already been published or is being considered by another journal. Authors should include a statement with their e-mail that the manuscript nor any of its part has not been published and is not under consideration elsewhere.

Handling of Manuscripts

All manuscripts are acknowledged upon receipt. Review is carried out as promptly as possible. The paper should be sent to the Editorial Board Assistant Chairman (see below) who will designate one of the editors as responsible for handling the paper review. He or she will make sure that the manuscript will be reviewed by at least two other specialists in the area, which takes usually no more than two months. When a decision for publication or rejection is made by the editor in charge of the paper, the senior author or author designated to receive e-mail is notified. At the time of notification, the author may be asked to make certain revisions in the manuscript, or the Editor may submit suggested revisions to the author for approval.

Give the title of the article, name of author(s), institutional e-mail address, URL, department, institution, and country, or other affiliation. Number each page at the top. This abstract should succinctly summarize the major points of the paper, and the author's summary and/or conclusions.
Format - Submit manuscript, double-spaced, including figures and tables.
