Kidlink
is a non-profit, global organization with idealistic motives that has
worked with online educational programs since its start in 1990. Its purpose
is to provide global networking for youth through the secondary school
level.The program's financial needs
In a program of this scale,
Kidlink must pay key people to make sure the overall
eight-month work schedule is kept, and critical support will be provided
in a timely manner. RecognitionKidlink will gratefully acknowledge the generous support of all sponsors on the program's sponsor page, as well as on Kidlink's general sponsor web page. There's a prominent link to the program's sponsor page from the Press Information Kit page. Preferred sponsorsMinistries of Education and other Educational authorities Those planning to use the program to upgrade teachers' distance learning skills, are invited to support the program with a reasonable amount. The investment might be accounted as a direct teacher training expense. Your teachers and students' participation is free. NGOs and other aid organizations Kidlink is particularly interested in serving disadvantaged youth. We help serve street kids, poor private schools, indigenous youth, endangered cultures and language areas. Please check our proposed model for working together. We invite NGOs to use the Who-Am-I? program as an element in their own fundraising, and subsequent field work.. Private enterprises interested in promoting the use of technology in schools Organizations sharing our cause or issues may be able to enhance good-will, image, credibility with important personal contacts around the world. Supporting our cause is a win-win relationship. Kidlink has name recognition around the world, and is often referenced in media.
