KidSpace Hints: Edit A Page

To Edit a Page you already did.

1. Go to the page you want to change
2. At the bottom of the page click on Edit Page
3. Make any changes you want to make to your page

   Linkable - This feature permits more pages to be created under this page. This is not used when you are making a page for each of your students.

   Allow comments - This option allows others to add their comments to this page. Any person with a login and password can add a comment. Note that kids get a login and password when they answer the 4 Kidlink questions once their registration is approved. The comments will have to be approved by you to appear in the page. This is the way you can control unwanted comments.

   To approve: You will get an e-mail notification. Click on the link in the e-mail and then click on "Active?" to make the comment visible in KidSpace.

   Activate - This feature allows your page to be seen. It is necessary you choose this option or your page will not be available.

4. Click on Submit Changes
5. If everything went well you will see a small window with the message Your Edit Node was Successful!
6. Click Close Window
7. This will take you to the page just before your edited page. Click on your edited page to see it.
