"Leaving" the KHouse Project

"Leaving" means handing the reigns over to someone else. After this date, Kidlink will not have any financial involvement or responsibility for funding the activity.

"Leaving" does not mean "abandoning." Students, kids, youth, teachers, and others will continue to use Kidlink's services for free. They will be invited to use other offerings, share experiences and contributions through our network.

If the project includes opening a language area new to Kidlink, then the language coordinator may become part of Kidlink's language organization. Coordinators are invited into Kidlink's "inner circles" to learn, share, and network. This is transfer of knowledge in an on-the-job mode.

The KHouse staff will continue to network with staff of other KHouses. The only difference is that Kidlink will not be financially involved in the operations of the KHouse any more.
