KHouse Graduate Report

This report is from a person who graduated in a KHouse. He is now working in a school, where he was accepted because of the skills he acquired in the KHouse program.

"My name is Geraldo and I am participating in the Kidlink-KHouse Training Project. Right now, I am a trainee at Imaculada Conceição School. The training days started on November 11th, going through the 18th, the 25th and next December 2nd.

I am not facing any difficulties because the place is very agreeable and the children behave fairly well (comparing them to other 9 or 12-year-old children).

The people responsible for the lab is always willing to help. The lab has a good infrastructure, is roomy, and it has new computers and good equipment.

I haven't had the opportunity to use the technical knowledge I have acquired in KHouse yet, but on the other hand I enjoy this teaching experience. The children are very interested and curious, which motivates the teacher.

The activities developed in classroom were those of typing assignments and accessing the Internet, based on the premisses of Kidlink Project in Imaculada Conceição School (ICS).

I loved this course offered by VB. Congratulations! I think that what was very important to my training was the technical knowledge on maintaining and the logical part on programming, which is very hard to get. However, it lacks a bit of more deep study. Another programming language but Pascal is essential.
