Before joining

The staff gets the kids' participation by jointly searching for solutions to their problems. Actions may include:

• Help the kids clean the place in which they live (parks, under a bridge, in a bus station, or an abandoned house)
• Give them medicine if some of them are sick or wounded
• Talk and play with them (touch them)

Rules

When the kids join the KHouse, they are allocated a home, and get help to go to school. To maintain a proper environment for their development, they must follow certain rules:

• The kids are not to steal from others
• The kids are not to beat others
• The kids must not take drugs
• The kids must keep themselves clean, and help clean the KHouse
• The kids must go to school
