Kidlink Exhibition
First displayed in Arendal Library, May 2001

In January, 2001, India was hit by a severe earthquake. A Kidlink volunteer joined a camp for suddenly orphaned kids to help. This exhibition displays pictures created by the kids in the days after the accident. Photos. The kids' thoughts about the future.

Slowly, the situation calmed down. The children received new parents, and schools reopened. The drawings and texts created by children at a local art school indicates this. Motives are more happy, though they were made only weeks after the fatal earthquake.

This exhibition may be borrowed to be displayed in your place. Contact Anne-Tove if interested. Note: Texts are currently in Norwegian.
