"Capozzi-Galilei"- Valenzano- Italy |

We live in Valenzano, a small town, near Bari, that is the largest town of Puglia, a region situated in the south-east of Italy. We go to "Capozzi-Galilei" School, a Secondary School for students from 11 to 14 years old. Our school is a quite modern building, infact in our classroom (III B) there is a intereactive board. There is also a Science lab, an ICT lab, a library, a gym, a theatre, a canteen and a large playground. Unfortunately we don't have a music lab or a linguistic lab and other facilities. Our schooltime consists of 36 hours. Lessons start at 8 and finish at 1 p.m.; twice a week we have lunch at school. Our school offers different cultural activities, like theatre or cinema, guide visits to places of historical or scientific interests. Students are encouraged to partecipate in sportive competitions, volleyball (especially) or to join scientific, math, drama, linguistic projects financed by the European Community. We like to have more trips, more sportive facilities, a cafeteria and more holidays during the school year.
Anyway WE LOVE OUR SCHOOL
