FINANCIAL STATEMENT 2010 Kidlink Association Financial Statement 2010 established 2010/12/30 1. 2010 Balance Year 2010 started with a balance from 2009 of 953 US$ on the Paypal account and of 3817 SEK on the banc Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) account. Both accounts are owned by Stellan Kinberg who gave the treasurer access to the Paypal account. On Dec 31st 2010 the Paypal account balance reached US$ 493 and theTOTAL SEB account SEK 10040. The total balance is thus 13572 SEK (The exchange rate 31/12 2010 is 1 USD = 7.17 SEK). The 2010 global balance shows financial operations (expenses, incomes and internal transfers) for 18609 SEK (figure 1). 661 SEK were spent in bank costs (Paypal and SEB fees and currency change losses). 4377 SEK were spent for webhost (www.linode.com) and web domains (www.kidlink.net). The Swedish Tax authorities 2009 tax statement states that Kidlink Association does not have to pay any taxes for 2009. 2010 KA membership In 2010, 20 people were registered as regular KA members. Members having paid their dues in 2010 for either 2010 or 2011 are, in alphabetical order: Avolio de Martino (both years), Boehm, Braso, Davis, Donat, Ferris, Filippini, Hoeffner, Karkov, Kinberg, Lawty, Misra, Peniche Novelo, Sepulveda, Simonetti, Thurber, Weeg, Westvossen, Williams. 2010-2011 KA Membership On Dec 31st 2010, the 2010 dues and some 2011 dues were paid by 20 members as detailed below:
The 6 Kidlinkers already registered in 2010 as regular KA members for 2011 are, in alphabetical order, Avolio de Martino, Davis, Filippini, Kinberg, Thurber, Williams. 2. 2011 Planned balance In economical terms, the balance on Dec 31st 2010 is sufficient for Kidlink to run the server in 2011. The planned balance is assuming equal members in 2011. The 2011 Linode bill is payed annually (10% discount) and bank costs set at a « high » level. This plan shows a positive balance at the end of 2011. Bonnie Thurber KA Board member and treasurer The first version of the balance report presented to the auditor. After the auditor revision, we have found that account 6601 in reality included both account 6601 and 6602. We have therefore made a new revised Balance report. Please see below.  Corrected version of the balance sheet, with the accounts 6601 and 6602 separated in two different lines.
