Pé-de-Moleque
1 Kg of peanuts toasted and ground
2 liters of milk
1 ½ Kg of sugar
DIRECTIONS
Mix the milk and the sugar until turns into a brown paste. Then you add the peanuts and mix. Put into a big tray to cool. After cut into little squares and serve. Here in Brazil Pé-de-Muleque is a typical food that we eat in June festivals.
