International guests, entertainment, KIDS-91 communication on stage, TV-screens etc. etc. * 18.00 (6 pm GMT): KIDS-91 - electronic communications extravaganza by text, sound, pictures. Aimed at Western Hemisphere. GENERAL All the above events happen at a number of venues in Arendal town or local surroundings. All through the Childrens Cultural Week there will be various happenings going on around town: - Shops in town will issue balloons to children - A Pandora Box with surprise events and small gifts will be on the move around town - Clowns will pop up in the most unlikely places - All the exhibitions opened will remain open during the week.
