Kidlink's volunteers

Our volunteers keep Kidlink alive. Therefore,  Kidlink must foster a sense of community, and focus on furthering personal networking at all levels. We must:
  • Delegate as much responsibilities as possible to language area organizations, almost like in a franchize operation.
  • Build on educational projects developed by own volunteers, among friends, rather than use outsiders' educational projects.
    • Most major projects are designed to promote the goal of "global networking for youth."
    • Kidlink does not link to other educational projects, though links may be made to useful external resources in educational projects. Example: Who-Am-I?
    • Kidlink does not advertise outside educational projects
  • Let key volunteers meet once per year to foster an atmosphere where they feel free to have arguments and disagreements
