SPONSORS
Kidlink is a non-profit organization, and provides its services free of charge. It therefore depends on grants, donations, and volunteers who share our vision. This document summarizes Kidlink's position about sponsors of both global and local activities. It also lists companies and organizations that are and have been supporting our activities.

The major part of the Kidlink activity is financed out of my pocket, your pocket, and other coordinators' pockets. This has brought us a long way, but Kidlink needs corporate sponsors to realize more of our dreams and aspirations. Kidlink will recognize all sponsors for their contributions!

The College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services (Nelson Vincent and Daren Fowler) provides the physical home for three Kidlink servers, including a Compaq ProLiant ML330 system which they have shared with us since November, 2000.
As of August 2005, they have provided Kidlink with a "virtual server" for its web pages and many other computing needs. The virtual server does not exist as a separate physical machine; instead one very powerful machine is set up to look like several different machines. The new server will replace all three current systems on this site.
