We offer to deliver contents, and our most experienced international volunteers as presenters for a 2-day tailored conference for teachers. Kidlinkers who are not presenting will be in the audience, to answer questions, help, and network with participants. In return, you will be asked to pay travel, food, and hotel expenses for six nights so that we can arrange our private three-day internal conference in the same city after the public confrence. Kidlink makes this special offer to be able to bring key volunteers together face-to-face for training and planning. Local organizers will be expected to cover the following costs for the public teacher conference: Rental of premises, translators, interactive videoconference with remote participants, computers for workshops, Internet connections during the conference, other equipment (like high-resolution PC projectors), promotion, registration/reception, printing of program, administration, lunch and drinks for participants, supplies (badges, photocopies), and other conference related expenses.
