Kidlink's Budget History

From May 1990 until the start of The Kidlink Society
in March, 1993, no accounting was in place.

The total cash expenditures in these years were below US$1,000,
and Kidlink was mostly functioning thanks to in kind private contributions.

In June 1996, The Kidlink Society's monetary assets were transferred to the Stiftelsen Kidlink foundation. In September 1996, Kidlink's financial year was changed to follow the Norwegian

calendar year (January 1 through December 31).

All amounts below are given in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). The US dollar exchange rates varied by year as follows:

In 1996, a cash contribution of NOK 50,000 was received from The Ministry of Education in Norway . The amount was transferred to Stiftelsen Kidlink together with all financial assets.
