Thipical dishes and products.

We are hard put to choose among the numerous traditional first course dishes such a " green " tortelli filbed with spinach ar Swiss chard and ricotta cheese, squash tortelli, lasagne, capeletti and an and an Second course favorites include mixed boiled meats,pigs trotters and cotecchino, a special type of sausage,and famous white meats prepared "alla cacciatora". Whort mentioning also the famous sweet tortellini, small fried or Baked cakes with a rich filling made of jam, walnuts, pine nuts, cofee and Sassolino liquor.
