Buenos Aires is a great city with eleven million inhabitants and it has tall, big, modern and beautiful buildings and Malls. It is considered the most elegant and busiest city in South America. It has the widest avenue in the world, 9th. of July Avenue, and the widest river in the world, Rio de la Plata.

If you want to learn more about our history and culture you can visit our important museums, such as the Bellas Artes, cultural centers and art galleries.

Have you ever heard anything about Tango? It is the traditional music of the city and started at the end of last century. It is danced by a couple, man and woman, to the music of the guitar, violin and bandoneon. The bandoneon is a type of accordeon.

It is a city with nightlife. There are a lot of cinemas, shoppings, theaters and shows and a modern restaurant center in Puerto Madero, by the river. There you can taste Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Brazilian, Greek, Arabian, Jewish, Spanish, Italian and German food and of course our famous asado .

Dear. Sebastian Robles, Rocio Rodriguez, Anabela Nolasco Pamela Lescano, Maribel Andrada and Magali Arroy

I want to visit you in Argentina, because I have read your letters about Argentina and I think it sounded very exciting and interesting, specially Great Waters Rainforest, the artisan market, the horseback trips to the north west region and don’t forget the weather. in your country the sun is shining, and in my country Denmark it is raining and cold. This are some of the reasons that I want to visit Argentina.

Dear Matias Simionatto in Argentina!!

I’m sorry that I haven’t got any tricks for you. I’m not at all fond of computers and video games. I like playing handball and football. I’d like to play basketball, but we haven’t got any team in our town. It’s a very nice picture of you, maybe you have found a picture of me in : Hello from Hvide Sande ( lots of pictures.) Then you can decide if my friends are right about my look. Sorry that you first get the letter now, but we have holiday in a week. Please write to me and tell me about your country and your town.

Yours Mette Møller.
