A Clean World
Mrs. Bank's Fourth Grade Class
The Galloway School

This is what I think a clean earth would be like. I think there would be huge, lush rainforests. I think there would be no pollution. People would plant beautiful tress to replace cut down trees. The oceans would be pure. People would think before destroying nature. The earth would be as clean as the water off the Bahamas. That is what I think a clean earth would be like.
Bryce

I think a clean world is a without pollution is a world without pollution. A clean world is probably a fantasy at this time. There is also something else, and it's violence. A clean world shouldn't have violence. That is what I think a clean world should be.
Anna

To tell you the truth I think a clean earth is many thins put together. Right now I will tell you some of the specifics. In our world I'd like no violence. Violence is probably one of the main roots to why our world is getting worse. Fighting, meanness, and bad words are included. Then I'd like no littering because years from now our world could become a giant litter ball. Just picking up a little bit of trash helps. There is so much more, but these two explain a clean earth.
Courtney

A clean world would be better place to live. A clean world should have recycling bins in every neighborhood. Nobody would litter and if we did all this stuff so far it would help people from getting sick. People should not drive as much as they do. This is what a clean world should have.
Natalie

I think a clean world would be with no pollution and no trash scattered everywhere. I also think it would be a pace where everyone would recycle. A place where we would not breathe bad air. And that's how I think a clean world would be like.
Morgan

Here are the Delmar students who wrote to you today:

Clean Earth

A clean earth to me would be beautiful. Telling people not to litter. Also by planting flowers. The sky is beautiful when it is a sunset. Air pollution can mess up a sunset. This why I what the earth clean.

A clean earth would have no cars, planes, or jets. No more cutting down tress or burning trees. So it doesn't make pollution. You have to find transportation. Pollution is bad. Don't litter on the streets. Don't put tires on the street. Get something else instead of factories.

Hello Jessica and Ryan,

A clean Earth would be lovely, wouldn't it? There are lots of things we can do to help keep the earth clean. For example, we can recycle paper and glass, we can walk or cycle to school. Can you think of any other things we can do?

Liz
