The Kidlink Who-Am-I? Program
*

Hello Everyone!

I'm sure you are all busy with celebrations at school and at home but, if you _are_ still following the "Who Am I?" project, we are wrapping up (finishing) the "Rights" and "Friends" modules.

"Rights"

This is where to find this week's lesson ideas:

http://www.kidlink.org/kie/nls/english/rights/lesson8.html

And here are two of those ideas you might like to think about:

  1. What are 10 things that all kids everywhere should have? Tell the group why you think these 10 are the most important things.
  2. Make a chart with two columns - 'rights' and 'responsibilities.' List rights and the responsibilities that go hand-in-hand. Add your own ideas to the chart.

"Friends"

This is where to find this week's lesson ideas:

http://www.kidlink.org/kie/nls/english/friends/lesson5.html

And here is one of those ideas.... to get you in the mood for a party! Plan a festival, just as you would like it to be and describe it to your on-line friends. Invite us to your party, tell us about what you'd like us to eat and what kind of traditions you have. Will there be stories told? Or songs sung? Dancing perhaps? Decorations?

Wishing all of you the Compliments of the Season!
best wishes,
Liz
