Who-Am-I?
Translators' Workshop Goals

Art by Mariam from United Arab Emirates Click to get email address. 2004

Who-Am-I? is an educational program guiding kids and youth to knowledge about themselves, their place, rights, friends, families, roots, and by bringing them in contact with youth around the world.

As a result of this workshop, you will:

  1. Understand the Who-Am-I? translations guidelines.
  2. Have translated the program's first lesson plan ("Who am I?") into your desired language
  3. Have delivered your translated lesson plan in web page format (.html) ready to be posted on Kidlink's web site.
If this lesson plan has already been translated, please write Odd de Presno for an alternative page to translate.

If you want to base this workshop on translation of another Who-Am-I? web page, click here.

Note: There are thousands of languages around the world. Many require use of special characters, and few of us know more than a handful. Only by delivering as web pages can we make certain that your translations will be OK. If you have no experience with .html, this may sound like magic for now. However, it is not magic. Just follow our suggestions step by step, and ask Odd de Presno whenever something is unclear, or not fully explained.
