AOLpress is a free alternative, but not good when using special characters in your language.

We do not recommend Word unless absolutely necessary. Word tends to add many hidden Office codes that are hard to remove and may make it impossible to view your page with some web browsers. Also, the size of the page will usually increase considerably.

Make sure to turn off use of style sheets in your web editing tool!
