Storing /finance Translations

In the preceding page, we say "Store in a language subdirectory under /finance/." What does this mean, exactly?
Let's explain using an example from the Spanish language area. The abbreviation LAM means Language Area Management:
  1. LAM creates /finance/spanish/ , and put all translated pages in place there.
  2. Information is sent to Odd de Presno, so that he can update links to translations.
  3. Maintenance of these pages are done by you.
