Explanation of these codes:

1. Include the email address of the person who is to receive the form data.
2. This line contains the URL of the source document (=the document on which the form in question is found).
3. The name of this line is "redirect". Once a kid has clicked at "Click here to send", then the web page represented by this URL will appear. In the example above, the kid is completing the form at index.html, and will be redirected to the page at step2.html. If you don't change the /english/ term in the URL, then users will be redirected to the English language page rather than your translation.
