The Kidlink Foundation is set up to support The Kidlink Society's goals.
The Kidlink Foundation Board consists of four members appointed by the the Kidlink Society's board of directors. Norwegian Law requires that half the Board be represented by members living in Norway or an EEA member state. The other members are appointed from Society members of other world areas: Africa, Asia, Central and South America, North America, Pacific. Kidlink is owned and operated by an international non-profit organization called the Kidlink Society. Norway is its base of operations. (Reg.no. 976 536 258 in the Norwegian Enhetsregisteret.) The Kidlink Society's financial affairs are administered by a foundation, Stiftelsen Kidlink, with the public registration number 976 839 625. A "stiftelse" is a nonprofit organization as defined in The Norwegian Law: "Lov om stiftelser m.m.".
