Why Help Kidlink?

Art by Kristín (8. bekkur 2), Iceland

Kidlink's motive: "By letting kids hear a range of opinions and developing familiarity with different ideas, we can hope that they will overcome some communication barriers and solve some problems in a more co-operative manner when they grow up. That they as adults will take a more global and long-term perspective on issues, rather than acting to maximize local, short-term interests."

Personal development

  • Training for teachers of every background and discipline on how to include ICT in the curriculum. We invite teachers to work together with us, cooperate, and become active elements of our approach. Example: Who-Am-I? workshop
  • Personal language learning, and training.
  • To expand your interpersonal network of peers. To link with teachers, parents, etc. around the world; to link with contents; to communicate concerns; share insights and best practices; test new learning concepts; keep current about new developments in teaching; build networked knowledge. To avoid isolation. To learn from peers.
  • Become part of Kidlink's interpersonal network of volunteers, for friendship, and new opportunities.
