To support all purposes and audiences, we want our organizational pages to look as those in the examples below:

• Web Design Advice
• Web Contents Advice
• The top team
• The "other" languages (whenever they feel ready, they will get their team listed on its own web page!)
• Sample page showing desired layout when your team has many people and you'd hate to split it in subpages..

Guidelines:

1. The top navigation bar (without the logo) at the very top.
2. A centered logo on top of the page (as above).
   The html coding to show this logo is: <IMG SRC="/english/general/logo-med.gif" WIDTH="100" HEIGHT="99">
3. The official name of your unit under the logo.
   Size <h1> using the <FONT face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> font code.
4. The body of the text in a table with width=80%
5. Split the table in two columns, with photos to the right, and presentation to the left as done in the sample listings referred to above.
6. In the explanation column, describe the person.
   We need to appear as ordinary human people, with hobbies, a life, and not just some computer avatars. ;-)
7. Use a similar footer to the one found here.

If you have many, many people on your page, it may be a nuiscance to use so large photos. If so, cut their size by 50 percent. If you are working in a very international environment, like some of our Multi area groups, highlighting information about language by team member may be useful. In this case, consider doing it as shown here. Please, do not store CVs or presentation of individual members of your team in the /english/society/ directory. This directory is only for presentation of our teams.
