Desired fixes:

1. Template for page's look-and-feel are provided by the English language source pages. For example, a translation of 1STQUESTION.html is supposed to have:
   1. the table at the top with the same width-height, image size, text
   2. the table around the body of the text as in the template (usually 80% of page width)
   3. same fonts (Arial), and character sizes
   4. images need to have the same address as the source (try copy images from the source page overwriting images on translated page). This includes the colored line above the search box (/icons/line_4.gif), which may be missing in the translation.
   5. top navigation bar - if not translated - use the English language top navigation bar
2. Links should go to Spanish language pages whenever available. Otherwise, let them go to English language source pages. This includes links on icons in the footer.
