Sometimes, you are unable to connect to
www.kidlink.org or some other host at kidlink.org. What is wrong? How can
you find out? Where do you send the alarm?

Check if you can see www.kidlink.org
web servers by clicking on the link. If you cannot reach it, the problem
is ours, and you should try to reach one of the following persons as soon
as you can:
Test Two
Check http://www.uc.edu This is the main
UC web server and if you can't reach it, you will know that the problem is
somewhere between your location and the UC campus network. Don't bother to
contact us. We can't do anything about it. If there is a problem with the
UC connection to the Internet, you can be sure that the UC network team knows
about it and is working hard to fix it.
Test Three
Check http://www.education.uc.edu/
This is a machine in the same room with our machines. If you can reach this
machine, but not either of our machines, contact Dan immediately. It is less
likely that Bonnie or Bosse will be able to do anything.
