1.A.		Stiftelsens navn er Stiftelsen Kidlink.		The Foundation's name is Stiftelsen Kidlink.
1.B.		Stiftelsen er opprettet ved overføring av samtlig finansielle aktiva tilhørende The Kidlink Society i styremøte den 26. august 1996.		The Foundation was established by transfer of all monetary assets belonging to The Kidlink Society as decided in a Board meeting on August 26, 1996.
2.		Stiftelsens formål er å hjelpe Foreningen Kidlink med å fremme skapingen av en global dialog blant verdens ungdom. Målet søkes oppnådd gjennom prosjektet Kidlink, som er en verdensomspennende sammenslutning av frivillige som arbeider med organisering og støtte av lokal deltakelse i Kidlinks globale dialog.		The purpose of the Foundation is to help The Kidlink Society promote the creation of a global dialog among the youth of the world. The KIDLINK Society works to achieve its goals through the KIDLINK Project, a world-wide collaboration of many people who have volunteered to organize and support local participation in the Kidlink global dialog.
3.		Grunnkapitalen (egenkapitalen) er ved opprettelsen NOK 56.626,73		Owners Equity at the time of incorporation is NOK 56,626.73
4.		Kapitalforvaltning: Kapitalen forvaltes av styret og anvendes til formålet.		Use of the Stiftelse fund is decided by the Board of Directors, and will be applied to support the Purpose.
5.		Stiftelsens styre. Styret består av fire medlemmer: en bosatt i Norge, en statsborger av et land som er part i EØS-avtalen bosatt i dette landet og to medlemmer bosatt i andre verdensdeler. Styremedlemmer og styrets formann utpekes av The Kidlink Society og fungerer i  perioder som angitt i foreningens vedtekter		The Board of Directors consists of four members, one living in Norway, one living in a country which is part of the EEA agreement, and two persons living in other parts of the world. The members of the Board and Chairman of the Board is appointed by The Kidlink Society and serve in terms specified in the Society's Articles of Association.
6.		Rettigheter og plikter. Styret forvalter Stiftelsens midler i samsvar med vedtektene og gjeldende lovbestemmelser og forskrifter. Styret har endelig beslutningsmyndighet ved disponering av Stiftelsens midler i henhold til vedtektene. Styret kan ansette forretningsfører og kan beregne seg godtgjørelse for sitt arbeid.		Rights and responsibilities. The Board constrols the Stiftelse's resources in accordance with the Articles of Association, current Norwegian Laws and rules. The Board has final decision authority as for the use of the Stiftelse's property in accordance with the Articles of Association. The Board can employ a managing director, and can decide remuneration for its work.
7.		Stiftelsen skal ha registrert eller statsautorisert revisor.		The Stiftelse is to have a registered auditor, or a state-authorized auditor.
8.		Vedtektsendringer. Styret kan endre vedtektene dersom endrede forhold gjør de opprinnelige bestemmelsene uhensiktsmessige. Ved endringer av punktene 1A, 2, 4, 6 og 7 må det innhentes samtykke fra The Kidlink Society. Endring av formålet skal bare finne sted dersom det opprinnelige formål ikke lengre dekker et reelt behov. Ved avvikling skal restværende midler gå til UNICEFs idelle virksomhet.  Dette punkt kan ikke endres.		Changes in the Articles of Association. The Board may change the Articles of Association if changed conditions make the current rules impractical. Changes of the items 1A, 2, 4, 6 and 7 require approval by The Kidlink Society. Change of Purpose can only be done if the original purpose no longer covers a real need. In case of dissolution, any remaining assets will be donated to UNICEF. This paragraph cannot be changed
