About Kidlink

Kidlink is owned by a non-profit organization named the Kidlink Society, registration number 976 536 258 in the Norwegian "Enhetsregisteret" (Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities). Its bylaws ensure a continued global perspective. The Society's financial affairs are administered by Stiftelsen Kidlink, a Norwegian foundation with registration number 976 839 625. A "stiftelse" is a nonprofit organization as defined in The Norwegian Law: "Lov om stiftelser m.m." The Society's Annual Meetings are open to members only. Discussions about Kidlink's future, votes, and elections of Board members take place in a private area on Kidlink's web, and involves people living geographically very far apart. Typically, it takes months to complete. Being a member is open to any person, regardless of age, or organization wishing to support the purpose and goals of the Kidlink Society. Membership dues start at around $30 per year. Being a member is not required to enjoy Kidlink's free services.
