Contributes To Peace In The World

For lasting peace to happen, people must collaborate and talk with each other in friendly ways. We must start with children, their personal interests and lives. This makes their dialogs and collaboration meaningful and sustainable.

Kidlink help children through the steps from getting to know themselves better, to meet peers with similar interests and dreams, to meaningful international cooperation. For example, start with our young newsletter team. Read the interview with Zeehan Khan (14) . Read what children think about war (and how we help them contribute to peace). See how they express feelings about war and peace in art, No! a la Guerra (Spanish), and Non più guerre! (Italian).

Writing and sharing stories about peers, where they live, what they do, and think, is key to many of our projects. Examples: El Kidlinker (made by streetkids in Bolivia ), and the KidDay project. We organize regular discussions on issues ranging from life-skills training and professional development to activism.
