: I think how I can work towards this goal now is simple. Be a good listener. You'd be suprised at how well that works. Alot of my friends are in foster care, so I do alot of listening. Also, speaking out when your friends want to "just try it" and having the strength to say "NO" goes a long way. I think it just means that we can't ignore our problem, we have to face them.
