Who-Am-I?
Managing Feelings

Anger management. Dealing with frustration. Dealing with grief and anxiety. Coping skills for dealing with loss, abuse, trauma.

Art by Nevena (12) from Yugoslavia , 2004

Coping starts by acknowledging how you are...

If we all looked the same the we would not be able to recognize our make out a person by just looking at someone. Well this is how I explain myself. I think I can be competitive sometimes, and when I'm with my friends I gues I talk alot. Although not as much as somebody, not mentioning any names. I also think I am a kind person, generous too. Although I do have quite a temper when I'm fusterated, angry, our somebody is just plucking my nerves. The way I like to spend my time is horseback riding, reading, playing sports, talking on the phone, our listening to music. I also like being with my friends. Thats a little about me. Mandy

"When I grow up, I want to be a painter because I like to make art. I know how to make forms and colors, it calms me, and makes me feel happy." Amanda from Puerto Rico
