My name is Cecilia Montes A. I'm a computer teacher at "Colegio Peruano Norteamericano Abraham Lincoln," La Molina, Lima - Perú. I teach children and youth between 11 and 15 years of age.

Some 5 years ago, I had the opportunity to help Kidlink as Assistant Manager of the Kidcafe-Spanish mailing list. This was a heartwarming experience. I always say that Kidlink is like a big family, which fills me with great satisfaction. It motivates me to work and to transfer this enthusiasm to my students. It is marvellous to arrive early at the college and know that there must be mail waiting for me from the different lists, suggestions, cultural exchanges, concerns, joy. That all these emotions are concentrated in this organization Kidlink is simply wonderful.

Now, I'm getting involved again. Last year, our college installed Internet access. This year, I finally start with lots of desires to work and participate actively with my students, and Lely has explained where I might be useful. I am always ready to cooperate.

I am convinced that today's education must break down the traditional templates and create rooms where our students can experiment and learn from their own errors. This is what Kidlink is helping me achieve. Also, it helps me realize one of my objectives which is to let all my students communicate and exchange experiences with others of their same age.

I AM VERY HAPPY FOR THIS. IT WAS A FANTASTIC IDEA TO CREATE KIDLINK !

Mi nombre es Cecilia Montes A., profesora de Computación en un "Colegio Peruano Norteamericano Abraham Lincoln", queda en La Molina Lima - Perú, enseño a niños y jóvenes entre las edades de 11 a 15 años.
Tuve la oportunidad de apoyar en Kidlink hace unos 5 años siendo Assistant Manager de la lista de kidcafe-Spanish, fue para mí una grata experiencia, siempre lo he dicho Kidlink es una gran familia que me llena de grandes satisfacciones,  me motiva a trabajar y trasmitirles a mis alumnos de ese entusiasmo, es una experiencia maravillosa, llegar al colegio temprano y saber que en mi mail tengo correspondencia segura, a través de las diferentes listas, propuestas, intercambio de cultura, preocupaciones, alegrías, todas las emociones concentradas en esta organización Kidlink, es simplemente maravilloso!
Actualmente me estoy reintegrando, nuevamente, el año pasado nos colocaron Internet y por fin este año, comienzo con muchas ganas de trabajar y participar en forma activa con mis alumnos, desde ya, Lely me estará confirmando en donde puede ser útil, siempre estaré dispuesta a colaborar.
Estoy convencida de que la educación, hoy en día, debe romper los esquemas tradicionales y formar aulas en donde nuestros alumnos puedan experimentar y aprender en base a sus propios errores, es por ello que Kidlink me lleva a conseguir y lograr uno de mis objetivos que todos mis alumnos se comuniquen e intercambien experiencias con otros de su misma edad.
ESTOY FELIZ POR ELLO, FUE UNA IDEA FANTASTICA CREAR A KIDLINK !
