| When you send a message to
KIDCAFE, or some other mailing
list, your message will be archived. Others - also persons who are
not members of the list - will be able to read it, today, tomorrow, or in
one year from now.
Someone who wants to be your friend, and does not happen to be around right now, can read your message later, and make contact. If there is a lively discussion, you can go back to read all the messages to get a better idea of what was said. This may help you provide a better reply or opinion. You can search for information to help do your homework, or help you participate in a project. However, remember that outsiders will also be able to read what you say. Do not write things that you may regret having said later. If you get irritated or hurt by what another person says, do not use threats, offensive words, bad language or angry talk.
