< Lili > I read that a famous meal in Russia is fish.
<A-EpiS> Lili Mrs Bev and I went to Norway a few years ago and discovered lots of ways of eating and cooking fish we never seen before
<lili> Can you tell me how they were prepared?
<A-EpiS> Maybe in Russia is similar
<A-Bev> Yes, Epi. That is true. We also had a wonderful time in Peru.
<A-EpiS> Well, I remember one recipe I can tell you about
<lili> Yes?
<A-Bev> Which recipe?
<A-EpiS> But first I have to tell you that we were in this big sailing boat like a pirate kind of boat and they offered us many different type of fish
<A-Bev> There was raw fish!
<lili> How did the people cook the fish on the boat?
<A-EpiS> then they have this ultra famous delicatessen type of salted fish, you have to eat a little bit on bread. It was cooked Lili
<A-Bev> Herring. There were many different ways that herring was prepared.
<A-EpiS> No one told me how this fish was eaten so I took a bite on a chunk of fish and almost die. Yes herring. because it was so strong! :-)
<A-Bev> Epi, I almost did not eat any fish at all!

<A-Bev> I did sample a little bit of herring.
<A-EpiS> It was funny when the next day I saw how it really should be eaten!!! :-)
<lili> Fish is good for your health.
<JulieE> I would have starved because i don't eat fish
<A-Bev> Do you remember the fish we ate one of the first nights that looked like a reptile?. It did not look like any fish that I had seen before.
<A-EpiS> Then one night Odd cooked this really delicious fresh cod, you could die for. It was so delicious I will never forget
<A-EpiS> What was it?
<A-Bev> It is amazing how delicious fish can taste. And it is the healthiest of all. I don't know, Epi. It was black and had a head like a dinosaur.
<A-EpiS> Julie what type of fish you like
<A-Bev> The fish tasted great! I was surprised.
<A-Bev> I like shrimp! Fried shrimp!
<JulieE> I don't like fish but i do eat shrimp
<lili> Shrimp is not fish it's seafood.
<A-EpiS> So we ate dinosaur fish and I didn't know!!!

<JulieE> I would stick to rice,beans and meat or chicken
<A-Bev> Azov, Russia is near the water. There must be lots of fish there.

<A-EpiS> Here it is called chillo. the red snapper I mena. Julie that is my favorite too

<A-EpiS> I was thinking that the fish in a Azov must be fresh water type of fish because they are in river
