Discussion topic: "Celebrations and Family gatherings"

Religious and national holidays bring us together for family gatherings at various times of the year. What are they like? Are they tragic or fun? Are they difficult or dangerous to arrange because neighbors do not approve of them?

"In my family we celebrate three occasions: birthdays, "id", which is the end of "Ramadan", and "bakra id." The word means , "you must kill a sheep." We celebrate this day, cooking special food, for example couscous with meat. When there are festivities I don't meet anyone because my relatives still live in Pakistan and it is very far from here."
