Private E-mail? Sure, you can use private email for cooperation with another class. However, this often leaves some student with nobody to converse with. Maybe the other class has less students than yours? Maybe the other class must wait because they must first do another project, that messages get lost because of problems in a mail server? |
| Your best option is to organize discussions
in KidCom. "Organize"
as in inviting other teachers to bring their students along at a given time.
Otherwise, your students risk being there along. Differences in the number
of students does not matter. Your students will have friends in different
classes.
Also on Kidlink's mailing lists, these difficulties will be minimized. They still exist, but not in the same scale as all mails are archived on our server. If it takes too long, your students can visit the archives anytime to look for messages. Ah, remember to keep parents informed...
