Using The Results Of The Meeting

  1. Challenge your students to publish and promote minutes (abstracts) of the discussion.
    Post the minutes as a document in the room where the meeting took place.

    Send to Odd de Presno and ask to have it posted in the respective career track.

    Minutes should contain:

    • the venue (the name of the KidCom room)
    • time of the meeting
    • topic that was discussed
    • participants (nicknames and countries).
    • results and conclusions
    • agreed action (who has agreed to do what, when)
  2. Challenge your students to send an announcement of the minutes to the KidCom KidCafe English room.
  3. Send information to Adele of the Kidlink newsletter

Discuss whether a follow-up meeting is needed.
