Bilancio 31/12 2015

 

  1. Ho svolto la revisione contabile del bilancio d'esercizio della KIDLINK ASSOCIATION chiuso al 31/12/2015. La responsabilità della redazione del bilancio compete all’organo amministrativo della KIDLINK ASSOCIATION. E' mia la responsabilità del giudizio espresso sul bilancio e basato sulla revisione contabile

 

 

  1. L’esame è stato condotto secondo lo statuto e i principi per la revisione contabile. In conformità ai predetti principi, la revisione è stata pianificata e svolta al fine di acquisire ogni elemento necessario per verificare con alta ma non assoluta certezza, se il bilancio d'esercizio sia viziato da errori significativi e se risulti, nel suo complesso, attendibile. Il procedimento di revisione comprende l'esame degli elementi probativi a supporto dei saldi e delle informazioni contenute nel bilancio, nonché la valutazione dell'adeguatezza e della correttezza dei criteri contabili utilizzati. Ritengo che il lavoro svolto fornisca una ragionevole base per l'espressione del mio giudizio professionale.

 

 

  1. Il sopramenzionato bilancio nel suo complesso è redatto con chiarezza e rappresenta in modo veritiero e corretto la situazione patrimoniale e finanziaria ed è il risultato economico della KIDLINK ASSOCIATION per l’esercizio chiuso al 31/12/2015, in conformità alle norme che disciplinano il bilancio d’esercizio.

 

 

 

  1. La contabilità è eseguita per due conti bancari, uno per Paypal in USD e uno per un account svedese in SEK. Ho personalmente visionato i due account e paragonato i dati con i dati della contabilità dell’associazione. Tutti i movimenti sono correttamente documentati dal libro cassa.
     

 

  1. Lo stato patrimoniale evidenzia un risultato d'esercizio positivo di SEK 0.00 - USD 2314.94 (su Paypal) - SEK 7218.57 (CC SEB svedese). Calcolato sul cambio di 1 $ = 8.3874 SEK del 31/12 2015, il patrimonio totale é di 35022.30 SEK.
    Il netto totale per 2015 è in positivo con SEK 2482.15, da come si può vedere nella sottostante tabella.

 

Raccomando quindi i membri della KIDLINK ASSOCIATION di dare al DIRETTIVO DI KIDLINK ASSOCIATION 2015, la liberatoria da ogni responsabilità per la contabilità del 2015.

Balance 31/12 2015

 

  1. I have reviewed the accounting sheet, Financial Statement and cash flow documentation of the KIDLINK ASSOCIATION as of December 31, 2015. The Financial Statement is the responsibility of  the administrative body of KIDLINK ASSOCIATION. My responsibility is to issue a report on the Financial Statement based on my review.

 

  1. The review was conducted according to the statute of the association and to established principles for the audit. Pursuant to these principles, the review was planned and carried out in order to acquire all information necessary to verify with high but not absolute certainty, whether the financial statement is affected by significant errors, and if it appears as a whole, reliable. The review process includes the examination of evidence to support the balances and disclosures in the Financial statement, and evaluate the adequacy and accuracy of accounting policies used. I believe that the work provides a reasonable basis for the expression of my professional opinion.

 

 

  1. The accounting sheet and Financial Statement are clearly written and represent a true and fair view of the financial position of the KIDLINK ASSOCIATION for the year ended December 31, 2015, according with the rules governing the financial statements.

 

 

  1. Accounting is done for two bank accounts, one for Paypal in USD and one for an account in Swedish SEK. I have personally visited Paypal and SEB to review the account data and compared these with the data in the association account book. All movements are correctly documented in the account book.

 

  1. The balance sheet shows a positive operating result of SEK 0.00 - USD 2314.94 (The Paypal Account) - SEK 7218.57 (The Swedish Banc SEB Account). Calculated on the exchange of 1 $ = 8.3874 SEK  December 31, 2015, the total assets were SEK 35022.30.
    The total net income for 2015 shows a positive amount, as can be seen below in the table, with SEK 2482.15.

 

I therefore recommend the KIDLINK ASSOCIATION members to grant discharge for the KIDLINK ASSOCIATION BOARD 2015 from any responsibility for the 2015 accountability.
