Registration Messages-Templates

We receive many requests to register in Drupal from teachers and students. Often they are incomplete even if the answers are good. Sometimes the answers are good, but with uncomplete data they can't be processed. Again we cannot accept kids in Drupal so we must guide them to register in Kidlink-Kidspace.

So to make our work easier and doable for us all, I'm posting some templates here fit for different situations.

Please edit or add what you need to improve the messages. 

 

1) Drupal - Welcome message for all teachers with complete registrations. (Good answers, complete data, photo..)

Welcome to Kidlink!
We have changed your username according to our name rules. Login with 
username a- to www.kidlink.org/drupal
 
We have several communication tools available for you. Choose between these:
 
• Skype (ask for the chairman: stellankinberg and he will add you to the project forum)
• The Kidlink Project Forum at http://www.kidlink.org/drupal/forum/7
 
For a complete picture of our website and of  opportunities for the students to take part in the projects, we suggest that you also register yourself as a Kidspace member. Read more here  
As the questions are the same you can easily copy and paste the answers written in your first registration.

2) Drupal - Message to teachers with uncomplete registration (Good answers but not photo or other data)
Change the username eventually. Activate the account and let the user become member of "uncomplete registration"

We would like to welcome you to Kidlink as a Youth Leader but your registration needs to be reviewed and updated.
 
1. Please upload a photos of yours. Please follow the instruction "IMPORTANT MESSAGE. Adult registrants are required to upload portrait photos."
2. We also require more elaborate answers from teachers, to be able to determine if you are really a teacher or not. Please follow the instructions.
 
 
Please login www.kidlink.org/drupal and update your registration accordingly.  Once updated according to the instructions, Kidlink will give you access to our services as Youth Leader and will send you new basic information.
 
If you do not update your account within two weeks, your registration data will be permanently deleted.

3) Drupal - Message to teachers with uncomplete registration (Good answers but not checked box on the top: I have read the registration info in www.kidlink.org/drupal/registration) 
Change the username eventually. Activate the account and let the user become member of "uncomplete registration"

We have changed your username according to our name rules. Login with username a-                to www.kidlink.org/drupal
 
1. As you have not checked the box on the top with "I have read the registration information in www.kidlink.org/drupal/registration)" 
your account will not get the regular Youth Leader user rights that will give you access to our services, like forum, chat etc.
Please login and update your registration by checking  this box on the top. 
2. Check the Time Zone
3. Write your school postal address.
 
Once you have updated your registration according to the instructions, Kidlink will give you access to our services as Youth Leader and will send you new basic information.
 
 
If you do not update your account within two weeks, the registration data will be permanently deleted.

4) Drupal - Message for young people

Change the username eventually. If the user has very good answers, activate the account and let the user become member of "youth".  Paste in the answers in the email.
